Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KARTIGO online store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. About KARTIGO
KARTIGO is an online retail store offering consumer products through its website. Product information, pricing, availability, and promotions may change from time to time.
2. Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and the actual product. Minor differences between a product and its online presentation do not necessarily indicate a defect.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other checkout charges will be shown where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing or information errors. If an order was placed using an obvious error, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is not necessarily accepted until it is processed by KARTIGO. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud or abuse, product availability, pricing or listing errors, technical problems, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method or process.
5. Payment
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, passwords, or other payment credentials with KARTIGO staff or anyone claiming to represent KARTIGO.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates shown on the store or at checkout are estimates and can be affected by product availability, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are subject to the applicable policy communicated by KARTIGO for the relevant product or order. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, contact care@kartigo.online with your order number and relevant details as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be reviewed.
8. Customer Accounts
If account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated systems in a way that harms the service, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, KARTIGO's website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, layouts, and original materials are owned by or licensed to KARTIGO and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Third-Party Services
The store may use or link to third-party services such as payment, delivery, analytics, social-media, or other technology providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KARTIGO is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, network failures, platform outages, or other force-majeure events. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Your use of the store is also subject to the KARTIGO Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when the revised terms are posted on the store unless a different effective date is stated.
15. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional requirements that apply to you.
