These terms apply to your use of the KARTIGO online store and purchases made through it.

Products and pricing

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product appearance may vary by screen and actual product. Prices, availability, promotions and product information may change.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order may be refused or cancelled for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical issues or operational requirements. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment process.

Payment

Use the payment methods shown at checkout. KARTIGO staff will never need your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or password.

Shipping

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues, product availability and other events outside reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the KARTIGO Returns & Refunds policy and any product-specific terms shown on the store.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

KARTIGO branding, original website content, graphics and layouts are owned by or licensed to KARTIGO unless otherwise stated.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Your use of the store is also subject to the KARTIGO Privacy Policy.
