KARTIGO ships eligible products to serviceable locations in India. Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery are shown at checkout for the delivery address.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation. Processing time can vary by product, inventory status, seller or fulfillment partner.

Delivery time

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best available estimate for the address at the time of purchase. Carrier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-area service and address issues can affect delivery time.

Shipping address

Enter a complete and accurate name, phone number, address, city, state and PIN code. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipping begins.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be shared through your order or shipping notification. You can also contact care@kartigo.online with your order number.

Delivery attempts

Please keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery period. Failed delivery caused by an incomplete address, unreachable customer, refusal or another delivery issue may require additional action.
